After spending 20+ years in senior corporate roles—including General Manager – Supply Chain, leading pan-India operations, managing multi-million-dollar portfolios, and building teams of 25+ leaders—I’ve seen this pattern repeatedly. My corporate career spans manufacturing, telecom, and global matrix organizations, where I moved from Commercial Executive Trainee to General Manager. Along the way, I earned a place in the organization’s top leadership cohort, the Ericsson President Award for delivering USD 9.5 million in savings, and leadership credentials from IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore.
But my most important insight wasn’t about operations or numbers. It was this: Leadership success accelerates when competence is matched with executive presence, communication, and influence. That insight led me to establish Sampurn Vyaktim Consultants in 2014.
Today, I work with women leaders in global corporates, high-potential managers and CXOs, and organizations committed to inclusive, influential leadership. My programs focus on executive presence & gravitas, influence without authority, strategic communication, confidence grounded in authenticity, and measurable behavioral change.

Indu has more than 8 years of corporate experience in various companies like TCS, DSL and HCL as Senior Software engineer along with the experience in Soft skill trainings like Corporate Training, Group Workshop, One to One Consultation and Others like Retainer Image Consultant, Uniform Designing etc. Having been with some of these great organizations, Indu feels enriched with the knowledge of understanding the training needs and nuances at various levels in an organization.

She is certified for Train the Trainer Program from OMI Institute and is one among the first 15 certified MahAcharyas, having completed an intensive residential Train the Trainer program conducted by Prof Srinivasan Ranganathan and Smt Meena Krishnamurthy.
